Jody Braverman
Jody is a yoga instructor passionate about movement and about living a healthy and active lifestyle, Jody has been working in the health and fitness industry for
nearly a decade as a fitness instructor and yoga teacher. Jody's background in fitness highly influences her yoga practice and teaching style, which focuses on
strengthening and balancing the body to improve the body's daily functioning and sense of overall well being. She encourages her students to connect with their
physical bodies, while also guiding them to observe the transformations that occur naturally in their spirit with continued practice. Jody teaches Vinyasa flow
yoga and Hatha yoga to both groups and individuals. Please inquire for rates and to make an appointment.
Tom Townsend
Tom is a yogi, personal trainer, and athlete. About 10 years ago, he began practicing yoga, which he loved and became a great balance for him and competitive athletics.
Tom holds a Vinyasa Flow Teacher Certification from Bliss Yoga Shala in Jacksonville, FL and a Master in Education from The Evergreen State College with a Physical
Education Certification. His style is down to earth and direct. He believes that an equal mix of discipline, hard work, humor, and compassion for one self is the
recipe for success in any physical or mental discipline. Tom tailors workouts for overall general fitness and wellness, or for specific sports goals. His yoga
classes range from gentle to power yoga. Tom also offers private instruction yoga, and workshops such as Yoga For Athletes and Stress Reduction, along with meditation classes.

- Thursday: Power Flow with Tom – 5:30 p.m.
Gentle Flow with Tom – 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday: Gentle Flow with Tom – 10:30 a.m.
