Sarah

Sarah loves fitness. It’s almost that simple…almost. She lives it, breathes it, and wants only to inspire it wherever she goes. She’s not some active extremist who doesn’t believe you can’t drink, smoke, or eat cake when the situation calls for it. She’s real.

Sarah got her B.S in Exercise Science from Eastern Washington University, and then her certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has been training ever since. Through study and practical application, the body is truly amazing and even more amazing when it’s used to the extent for which it was designed. This is what LIFT is all about, and what Sarah teaches people.

Sarah’s ideal client has a desire to improve themselves. Whether it’s a drastic change, or slight tweak in a program design, she’s here to help. Muscle men that’ve been lifting forever, adolescents who’ve never seen a gym before, and everyone in between, would benefit from the guidance of a trainer. And even more so after going through pregnancy herself, Sarah loves pre-natal and post-natal fitness routines. If you haven’t heard about how great Ruby is, you soon will.
